GableWay started as a Houston investment company: buying houses for cash, renovating them, renting them and reselling them to other investors. Along the way we learned that most owners don't need one more offer. They need someone who can show them every exit and tell them honestly which one fits.
So we became a full brokerage. Today one team lists homes on the open market, buys homes as-is for cash, works off-market deals with Houston investors, and manages rentals after the close. A seller gets a cash offer and a list price side by side. An investor gets deals with the numbers laid out, and a manager once they own it.
We are owner-led and small on purpose. When you call, you reach the people who make the decisions.

Lauren is a second-generation real estate investor and the designated broker for GableWay Realty (TREC #588130-B). Licensed since 2008, she earned an MBA in commercial real estate, spent seven years with a home builder and became a broker in 2019. She has closed more than 1,000 transactions in her career, manages a portfolio of 10+ properties and has flipped homes as her own general contractor.

Andrew is a business operator with a career in sales, marketing and automation, from building marketing and inside sales teams across a private equity portfolio to growing a Fort Worth marketing agency 627% in nine months. At GableWay he runs acquisitions, operations and the systems behind every deal: sourcing, underwriting, the investor buyer network and the reporting our sellers receive.
