Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The account, buy box, CMAs, analyses, deal sheets and market updates cost nothing. If we represent you on a purchase, list your property or manage it, standard brokerage or management terms apply, and you agree to them in writing first.
Who is Gableway?
A licensed Texas real estate brokerage (GableWay Realty, TREC 9016827-BB) based in Houston. We list and sell homes, buy houses and manage rentals, so the numbers in the Hub are the numbers we use for our own deals.
How accurate is the instant CMA?
It is built from real HAR MLS closings, same subdivision first, with measured adjustments for size, age, pool, garage, baths and condition. Each report shows a confidence rating. It is an estimate, not an appraisal. Click "Request an agent or broker review" and a person will check it.
Where do your deals come from?
Our own acquisitions team and wholesalers we work with. Every deal is screened before it is sent.
Why didn't I get a deal I saw somewhere else?
We only send deals that fit your buy box and pass our screen. Widen your buy box to see more.
